Product Manager at ArcticZymes AS is a strategic role to manage the current products and a pipeline of novel enzyme developments. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the an existing product portfolio that includes; market dynamics, product line extensions, pricing strategy, sales collateral, web presence, exhibition and conference presence, KOL interactions, new market identification, launch plans, internal liaison with R&D, Operations, and Business Development Managers.
The PM will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and develop high-value business cases for novel enzyme products. The Product Manager will lead the project management of new products from concept phase to launch of Early Access Products (EAPs) and the successful transition of on-market products. These products will then transition to “current products” as described above.
The PM will work with a diverse and global team and demonstrate the flexibility and business acumen necessary to operate in a fluid environment. The PM will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales and work with the commercial team. The candidate will need to be willing to travel, spend time at the home office, and work remotely as an independent contributor to the overall success of the organization. The candidate should anticipate 3-4 weeks of travel per quarter though this is dependent on product launches, conference and exhibition schedule, and both internal and external meetings.
