M-SAN HQ ELISA Kit

M-SAN HQ ELISA is developed for the detection and quantification of M-SAN HQ. The kit is designed as a classical sandwich ELISA, with two monoclonal antibodies specific towards SAN HQ nuclease. It consists of a pre-coated micro test plate in a 8-well strip format and ready to use reagents. The capacity of 1 kit is 96 measurements.

M-SAN HQ is a highly efficient nuclease used to remove nucleic acids from biomanufacturing workflows.

M-SAN HQ ELISA is ideal for quantification of residual M-SAN HQ from in-process samples, as well as, to verify the successful removal of M-SAN HQ in your final product. The kit has a quantification range from 0.12 to 7.5 ng/mL M-SAN HQ.
